ProgramsThe most effective program for acheiving fitness goals is a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, nutrition and supplementation. Each program consists of guidance in each of these areas. One-on-One Training:This is the most intense and effective program offered. It includes meeting with Heidi during a scheduled time (2-3 times per week is optimal) to be worked out, motivated, held accountable and guided through the process. Sessions never expire and can be purchased in packages. Price: $65.00 per hourSmall Group Training:If cost is an issue, small group training is the next best option. The program is nearly the same as One-on-One training; the difference is a bit less individualized attention. Small group training also has the benefits of a friendly support system and allows busy individuals to coordinate scheduling. Price: $30.00 per personOnline Training:Online training is a great alternative for those who cannot meet with me one-on-one because of limitations such as geography, scheduling or budgeting.
